Footer not showing, not being able to add code before and …

    Hello guys, I had an open ticket but I am not being able to reply it anymore. So I had to open this new one.
    So I did the alterations on my footers but from the Fith Footer Widget Area up to the the final one that is Coprigths they are just not showing. I didnt do any changes on template or page, I just changed the widgets with my information and links and now is not showing.

    It was ok for me because is not a real problem on the website, is just not showing. But today I am trying to insert my Chat Code into body of the page (before </body> so it can show in all pages) but is not working. I tried even to install footer plugin to hard code the code, but nothing happens and I couldnt have my chat working on this theme since I installed.

    Could you please very kindly help me with this??

    And the other simple silly thing that I asked Eva last time is that I couldnt where to change this silly banner in the picture. That is on the page: http://www.noivaimportada.com.br/category/nossas-criacoes/

    Hello,

    Some plugin is causing the issue with footer.
    I deactivated all 3rd-party plugins and footer copyright worked fine. Please disable them one by one to find out what is causing the problem.

    Banner on the Blog page is taken from Primary Widget Area in Appearance > Widgets. You can delete it there.

    Thanks Eva! It was just the stupid Pinterest Widget,I will have to find another one that works.

    About the chat code that I am installing, it does work now in Desktop version, but is not showing in mobile version.
    Any help in how could I say to mobile version to show the chat button?
    I installed it in Payment Area Widget (text).
    The chat makes a little noise after 15s someone is online and in mobile you can hear but cant see the button. 🙁

    Sorry Eva, if the chat is offline for us to work, it doesnt show.

    Do you mean the chat window isn’t showing?
    I can’t see it even in desktop version.

    Hello again!
    I tried to create a new topic but couldnt get it to work. It asks me to put the order code and gets me in a loop and I never get the chance to create topic.

    I has been doing some research about speeding up my mobile version.
    My website is very heavy because of pictures of my products.
    I already used smushit and it worked fine for desktop version.

    I was wondering if you have instructions in how to include a code so when the pictures load in mobile responsive version, the thumbnails load a smaller version and not the original size of the picture.
    My home page is take too long (24 seconds approximately) to load the first pictures. So stays all this time a completely white page.

    I am almost sure that the main problem is this.

    Hello guys, same problem still, I cant create new topics, so I am sorry I have to keep writing here.

    I have almost everything now sorted with my website.

    I was just trying to improve the client experience with cart and checkout page because I am having less buying attempts since I moved to wordpress, so I am trying to figure out why are my clients not attempting to place an order.

    I noticed that even that I offer discounts for 2 payment methods, when they select the methods, the price doesn’t change at the cart subtotal and I think this might be putting them off because they see everywhere that I promise discount but they cant see the price with the discounts when selecting different payment methods.
    I couldnt find an way to fix this.

    And one last thing, is there a way of making the Delivery to different address checkbox unchecked by default in checkout page?

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme version and the latest Woocommerce version.
    Please update the theme to 3.7 version. Before update remove “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore, it’ll be reuploaded with a new version.

    Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update.

    I just upgraded to 3.7 version, I was almost sure I did the upload back in February when I received the email.

    Buts still the same.
    I get the Coupon discount if I enter coupon code, buts prices are not updating when choosing between different payment methods.

    And also, if is possible to do the uncheck for making the Delivery to different address checkbox unchecked by default in checkout page.

    Sorry, but still there is an error:
    Status: Resolving address of http://ftp.noivaimportada.com
    Status: Connecting to 50.63.202.20:21…
    Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server”.
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Are there any restrictions on a server?
