Reduce the size of the sub menu white space area

Hello,

Is there a way to reduce the size of the white space that shows up on the sub-menus, we would like to reduce it so it only shows the actual menus and not all the dead white space underneath, please see the screenshot: https://imgur.com/JmvZG6M

Hi Tony,

Please try our direct IP address that should allow you to connect to the site directly if you still have issues I will speak to AWS to see if they’re blocking your IP address

Thanks for the reply.
Please go to Appearance > Menus > edit your menu > click on settings of the menu item > change Mega menu height value or live it empty.
