hi
thanks for ur reply
Hello,
We need FTP access to be able to connect to your files using FileZilla file manager. Please ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials (hostname, username, password, port).

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
This is a screenshot of the admin bar on your site – https://prnt.sc/1A94M7KIu27v There is cache, and I do not see how to disable it via the Dashboard. How did you activate it and could you temporarily disable it? Is it comes from hosting?
Also, please check if there is problem on the Shop page when the parent theme is activated.
Our devs will be back to work after the weekend and will continue to work on the problem then. Right now, we do not see the reason for the problem or solution, unfortunately, so please follow our recommendations.
Regards

Hello,
429 Too Many Requests
You have sent too many requests in a given amount of time.
In some instances, it’s possible that the cause behind the 429 error originated with your server, rather than with your website itself. If this is the case for you, no amount of work from our side will be able to fully resolve the problem.
For example, some web hosts will block requests from specific third-party services or platforms. These can include search engines, crawlers, and other apps (such as Google Search Console) that make large numbers of requests to your website.
Contacting your hosting provider and asking them to allow these requests can solve the issue. Additionally, even if limitations placed on your server by your host aren’t the cause of the problem, they may be able to provide valuable insight and advice that can help you find the correct solution.
Regards
