There is a JS error caused by your theme that is breaking the popup
this Js file of the theme is causing the issue bloc this JS from loading and it will work

also if you can see why variation swatch works on archive page but does not work on single product page – it will be great

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Please provide FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

i have a lots of problem with this theme 🙁
1- can you please check variation swatch please (works on archive doesn’t on single product page)
2- also – products images gallery isn’t shown on single product page (see link in private)
3-also, where should i set –et_main-color ?
it shows #888
on theme options i have different main color set.

What is FTP password?
You mixed a few questions in 1 topic, which may cause a mess in conversation.
At first sight, all problems are caused by using 3rd party plugins and caching. Disable such plugins, clear or temporarily disable CDN cache and check the single product page.

i have updated and i have no cache plugin. tried on incognito – all the same.
i need those plugins.
also, i am using elementor- not wpbakery.

Please do the test: disable all 3rd party plugins and check how swatches and gallery work then. Let us know the result.
