I still have problems in the website mostly in the product page

Hello,

Since i haven’t receive a comeback from you last time, I thought maybe it would be good to send you a reminder.

Prob1: In my wordpress page I can’t add new plugins, and It was working before. Can you fix it or just show me how I could do it?

Prob2: Still have problems with the colors not matching the pictures in the product page(As you can see in the screen if you select the black color and you keep swipping it shows the other color). I would like to fix it so that no matter how long the customer swipe it will show only the color selected.

Hello, @levacare,

1- The issue is independent of our theme. I have checked the issue on your site with the default WordPress theme as well and found the same behavior. First, watch this video: https://streamable.com/6tssex it looks like the user role you are using has an issue or your server. Please check this article to understand and fix your issue: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/why-cant-i-add-or-install-plugins-in-wordpress/

2- Regarding this, I already told you in your other topic, I think you miss our response. Please check our reply. “No, You don’t understand. Let me tell you by default the gallery images show all attributes randomly. But when you choose a specific variation it will sort out the images and show the selected variations images first from the list and then the rest. I hope you understand.”

This is how it works and the default functionality of the theme, if you only want to show the specific images when choosing the specific variation then you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Good morning,

I have a problem in the homepage, when I try to add something new to it, it doesn’t appear.
Another problem in the homepage aswell, all modifications I do don’t appear when I finnish and updating it, it always shows back the old theme with its pictures. (Please check screen records for better understanding).

2/ I’ve disabled Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources via Theme Options > Speed optimization.

Thank you its working well now. Can you please tell me which bottom you clicked on so that the old photo don’t appear after you enter Theme Options > Speed optimization ?

Regarding the revolutionary slide, how can I install it? Isnt there a possibilty to add it directly from wordpress (install plugins)? I really dont know how otherwise..

I would like to delete categories because I have only one product page, and when people clique on SHOP it directe them to the product itself and not through categories etc.. Is that possible?

One more problem is the tablet display, in elementor when im working on it it looks perfect(please check the video to understand better) but when I try to work on one single page the picture of the product isn’t centered, its a bit complicated to explain..

1/ Theme Options > Speed optimization > Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off.

2/ XStore > Plugins Installer > find the plugin > Install and activate it.

4/ Please describe the desired result in more detail.

I made some screen shots step by step for a better understanding.
Prob1:
Screenshot 1,2,3: When I edit from elementor, the photo in the tablet display is perfect (whole picture, centered etc..)

Screenshot 4,5: When I click on Xstore -> single product builder, the photo in the display for tablets isn’t the same anymore. (you can see only one half of it, and also in the bottom it is cut).

Prob2:
I don’t want to delete the category.
I would like when people click on SHOP, to be directed s to the straight to the product page(Shop-> product page) and not the category page (shop->category->choose a product->product page). Can you please show me how?

Hello Levacare,

We have checked the original device or browser layout for the tablet and found that the Elementor tablet resolution and the theme tablet resolution are slightly different, which is why you are seeing the issue. However, it should work fine when you check the site on the tablet or with browser layout options. Here is the resulting screenshot: https://postimg.cc/VJvWkXg0

Unfortunately, there is no setting in the theme or in the WooCommerce plugin to show the products or categories on the shop page as you have described. The only possible way to do this is to navigate to Appearance >> Menus >> edit the menu and then add a custom link in the menu (see attached image https://postimg.cc/q6nMLDp6 ). This will allow you to set the product page link on the custom menu item so that when a user clicks on this custom menu item they will be redirected to the product page.

Actually thats what I was looking for, thank you so much.

I just added today the payment methodes and I have a little problem in the checkout section for the desktop display only. When I slide down until the end (footer) the payment methodes get mixed with the footer and it is not nice to see. Please check the screen shot to better understand.

Also it would be really nice to show me how you do to remove any text in the shopping cart, i forgot how to do it (please check out the screen).

1/ We’ve checked in Chrome browser and do not see the problem.
Advanced Layout type can be changed via Theme Options–>WooCommerce(Shop)–>Cart/Checkout.

I would like to know how it is possible,
– How can I delete the side bar as shown in the screen shot (with the category names and the prices ..)

– Also I would like to know, instead of showing all products at once in the shop page, how can I add seperate categories but not on the side bar?
(Because I tried but the problem is when I go on appearence -> menu to add categories I can’t find the ones I created, how can I fix that?)

Hello @levacare,

1. In order to delete the sidebar, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Shop Sidebar and delete the widgets in it. For reference, please see the image here: https://ibb.co/N2tyZ2H.

2. To solve your issue, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus, open the screen options and check product categories. For reference, please see the images here: https://ibb.co/H7NMprf, https://ibb.co/v1x1Djp, and https://ibb.co/kDjpz9c it will allow you to add/insert the product categories to your menu as a menu item.

There is only one thing you didn’t answer me about, I want in the shop page instead to appear all products at once, to put two categories there and when the client will click on a specific category then it will direct him to the products depending on the category chosen. (please look at the screen)

We kindly request that you create two product categories, “Gifts for Her” and “Beauty Essentials”, under WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Categories, and then assign your products to those categories as per your requirements.

One more thing please, I already deleted all the shop side bar on appearence but it still shows category on the side and I dont want it, how can I delete it aswell?

Another thing I would like to change the policy of the text of the categories, how can I do that please?

1. To remove the sidebar from the shop page, please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout and select the “Sidebar Position” as “without sidebar”. Thank you it helped a lot.

I have one last problem before im set up with my website, and it is the checkout section.

In the mobile : As I already mentioned I have also that problem in the desktop and laptops, the section where you chose the payment methods keeps mixing with other stuff (please look at the screen shot)

Another one and I made a video so you can have a better understanding. When I enter the information for a debit card or whatsoever, ONCE I go up or down with the mouse (on purpose or not) everything goes away (the infos entered) and you have to do it again which can be annoying for customers and even sometimes when I click on debit or credit card for example either it takes time to give me access to enter infos or not at all.. Please it is very important.

We do not see the problem on your site right now, maybe because there are no mentioned in the video additional buttons on the Checkout.

Please check how it works when “Advanced Layout” is disabled in Theme Options–>WooCommerce(Shop)–>Cart/Checkout.

Great, it’s working better after I disabled it. Thank you.

One more question, in the mobile display when I click on SHOP it still directs me to the categories even though I did on appearence -> switched to mobile menu -> customized link ->(named it) shop with the product link. So that it directs to the product when you click on shop. In desktop and laptops and tablets its working but on mobile no.

Can you please check it out?

One more thing.

I would like to add the brands image on the email the customer will receive (please check the screen shot where it is circled)

Also, if possible would like to delete that email circles aswell in the screen shot.

One last thing, can you please show me how you can add the logo next to your website as shown in the screen shot.
