How to fix slow loading menu using html block

My html block menu takes 7-8sec to finish loading.
It will reload every page or refresh
How to fix it

Hello,

Could you record a video of the problem and provide temporary wp-admin access?
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

Firstly you should optimize your images because they are toooo heavy of some -> https://prnt.sc/C60yvBFm8iqi (1st of them is almost 1mb).
Also, your slider images are too heavy as well https://prnt.sc/6a1IpKa7b16U (128kb and 196kb) – keep in mind that they are loading almost at once page start to load because they are placed at the top on page content.
Make optimization first https://imagecompressor.com/ and then check how it will help you.
