Hello,
I have purchased this theme for 1 specific demo, and after trying to import it multiple times on a fresh server that satisfies all requirements it still comes out broken.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps you guys provide, but no luck..
Hello, @cookies,
Your issue has been solved, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I have Turn Off Static Block cache option from XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

Hi,
Thank you for solving that, but now another problem popped up.
So when logged in as admin the site functions correctly. But users see
A. A broken site
B. the error 429 too many requests when clicking on a newly added product.
The host informed me it’s not from their side.
Thank you.
Hello,
We’ve disabled a few plugins that it seems you do not really use and the site works fine now.
Please check from the incognito browser window as a new user.
Before activating new plugins, read the documentation of it to make sure you need it. Check plugins that are still activated on your site and disable unrequired ones.
For example, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist can be deactivated, then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > activate our Built-in Wishlist.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Hi Rose,
Thanks for your speedy reply! That’s what I love as a business user.
So I tested it again on multiple devices, and same error percists sometimes completely blocking access to the site.
I have tested activating a default theme, and there it just works normally.
I have uploaded screen recordings of it happening.

Thanks!
EDIT: In the capture on the iphone, you can see that the mobile header first displays the PC version, only after renewing the page (no cache or cookies) it displays it correctly. Any clue what causes this?
Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
We can’t check your screen recordings https://prnt.sc/cCNcQRTO4_bn
Please clear cache of mobile browser and check your site now. We’ve disabled Mobile Content Optimization through Theme Options >> General/Layout.

Hi,
Please check the connections issue, it’s still here and I have tried everything. Only thing that solves it is switching theme.
Thank you.
Hello, @cookies,
We apologize for the inconvenience. After reviewing your site, we have determined that the issue was caused by the use of an outdated parent theme and the activation of the latest version of the Xsote Core plugin. We have now activated the latest version of the Xstore theme, which resolved the issue. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again.
For a better reference, please refer to the images provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/WDxnYYyn, https://postimg.cc/DSMdmY7T, https://postimg.cc/8FdRwkh1, and https://postimg.cc/4njY7k9w.
We recommend using the latest version of the theme and core plugin to avoid any inconveniences.

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
But now it seems that the whole site is broken. On mobile there is no more header or footer, and on PC browsers it’s just completely broken.
See: https://postimg.cc/nM29DqHQ
I really hope you can fix this since we had many products added..
Thank you
Hello, Cookies
The parent theme was activated, but all your settings was done for the child theme. Now when the child theme is activated all is fine.

Hi Rose,
Unfortunately the same issue persists with the connections. And disappears when you logged in admin.
Please thoroughly test it this time, as we plan to use this for a bit webshop.
Thank you!
Hello, Cookies
Please be more specific, what do you mean by “the same issue”?
“And disappears when you logged in admin.” – it means there is a problem with cache, because when you an admin you can see real version of the site, not a cached one.
Temporarily disable all cache (plugin or server-side) and check how the site works then.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hiya,
As you can see in the video I’m referring to the “429 too many connections” error.
I have tried on multiple browsers, including mobile. All obviously cashe wiped + private tab + even other networks, issue still persists. If you check it from your side it would be the same.
I have disabled all plugins, the only thing that solves it for me is if I switch to another theme. Then no more errors are visible.
thank you.
Hello,
Please provide FTP access, we will take a closer look.
To provide FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance. Also, ask about the server error log, please.

Hi,
Thank you. I appreciate all your effort, and will certainly not forge this for my future purchases.
I have added all my server details in the private content box.
Thanks again.
Hello,
We do not see a reason for “429 too many connections” error from our theme side. We want to propose you few possible solutions which may help, please try them, they should help:
1/ You can change the default WordPress login URL.
2/ Contact your hosting provider and ask if provider’s firewall might block search engines, crawlers, monitoring services, and web apps, causing the 429 too many requests error.
Make contact with your web host’s technical support team and ask them to take a look at your site to fix the error.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
