Header: updating the logo properties size or the properties of the header can not be saved

I tried many times to edit the header or the foot and every time it does not save my work.
I go to live version, I see the old standard version.
I go back to editing them, I see the properties that I changed, but those properties are not applying.
I am using the child theme, I do not know if this has an affect or not.

Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off.
