When page loaded, there is a white space on the right side, the position is not correct at page start.
When I open the chrome developer tool trying to debug it, the position becomes correct, which I think it is recalculated by a window-resize. But then, it’s hard for me to debug or work around on this problem.
So, do you have any idea on this problem? thanks!
After contacting the elementor pro, I followed their debug steps:
1. disabled all the plugin,
2. changed theme to Hello Elementor,
the problem is gone.
So the problem is something related on the theme or theme settings.
Could you please help?
I really need you on this because I have no idea to solve this, even I as a web developer.
Hello, @鄭竣丰,
We suggest that you try turning off the Speed Optimization Options one by one under XStore >> Theme Settings and then clear the cache of the site and browser.
Additionally, if you are using any cache or optimization plugin, please try deactivating it as well. If the issue persists, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can further investigate and assist you.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team.
Since cache is problematic in this theme, so I remember my site already disable all cache options, css-js-minify options. Pages are cached only by GoDaddy host provider (which is not able to disabled).
If you need to flush the cache when debugging our site, you can follow this guide https://tw.godaddy.com/help/clear-your-cache-12444
Thank you for looking into this problem.
Hello, 鄭竣丰
We kindly request that you please navigate to the Elementor settings of the section with the slider https://prnt.sc/CPvE5A2jPzbt and turn off the Stretch Section option.
Afterward, please check the slider to ensure the changes have been applied and the problem is fixed.
Best Regards,
