The website tells me AJAX ERROR when loading the main page

I just bought the theme, installed everything correct, imported the demo and it appears in the store
AJAX ERROR how do I fix it?

We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will confirm that the issue is not due to our theme and we suggest that you reach out to the your hosting provider for further assistance. If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

The AJAX ERROR problem does not occur with any other theme, I have tried installing the one that it indicates and the problem only occurs with your theme

We can see Mixed Content errors on your site via browser console, please contact your hosting provider and ask to fix them first.
Cloudflare

Also, we can see that you are using CDN. Could you temporarily disable Cloudflare CDN?
