Demo theme not designed, design and images did not import

Hi,
I installed the Xstore theme, then imported the demo furniture. The design and images did not import at all. It’s all broken. Url: dev.cernaovecka.cz.

It appears that your website is experiencing some issues. Please refer to the screenshot provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/BLkdHpzc.

We suggest that you reset your WordPress completely and then provide us with the WordPress Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic. Additionally, please let us know which demo you would like us to import onto your website.

Would it be possible to solve it even without reset WordPress? I need to switch from one template to another – I have data such as invoices, products, etc. in the e-shop.

Hello @montgomerius,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to resolve the issue as it appears that you have imported our theme demo onto an already-built site or migrated the site from another domain. We suggest that you start with a fresh WordPress installation and then import the demo. After that, you can import the data such as invoices, products, etc. as needed.
