Hello, I have a problem regarding the portfolio : when I insert a media grid, the lightbox only shows the image for which it has been clicked, not for the rest of the grid.
I tried all the WP Bakery media blocks, the only one that works with a lightbox that shows the whole grid is WordPress Gallery Block (but the display is awful).
What can I do to make the lightbox to navigate through the entire set of images ?
Thanks in advance !
Hello, @renopointcom,
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to change the functionality of the widget in the theme, as it is the default style and any changes you wish to make would require extra customization.
Additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
If you would like to request this feature, please post your request here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it to one of our future updates.
Best Regards,

I’m sorry, I really don’t understand your answer.
I would like that my portfolio behaves like in this demo : https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/marketing/project/posuere-mi-cum-habitant/
That’s not additional customization, i’m sorry, that’s normal use of your theme.
Hello, Renopointcom
The demo uses the next element – https://prnt.sc/hLBEO2dKGPU- https://prnt.sc/eXbWRreo-9am

That is the setting I already have.
But my lightbox only shows one image at a time.
Hello,
Could you provide URL of your page and temporary wp-admin access?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Of course !
Thank you !
Thanks for the reply.
Could you, please try to disable all plugins, including Elementor, but except WooCommerce, WPBakery, and XStore Core and check how the Lightbox works then?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello,
I did what you asked, but couldn’t access any of the portfolio projects, 404 error…
Given that the portfolio page is based on Elementor, I had to activate this as well. And the problem was solved, indeed !
So I am reactivating the plugins one at a time to be able to tell what caused the disfonctionnality.
Thanks 😉
FOUND IT !!!
Unbelievably, the extension causing the problem is YITH WooCommerce Wishlist !
As it is an awesome feature, could you tell me what to do to have 1. a wishlist 2. a true lightbox gallery ?
Thanks in advance & sorry for the inconvenience…
Hello,
Please try to use our Built-in Wishlist, you can find it in Theme Options > WooCommerce.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Indeed, that seems to do the trick !
Thank you for your kindness & reactivity !
You’re welcome!
Kind Regards,
8theme team
