Website Not Propogating Database Error with database .htaccess files error

Hello, I have problem in my website not opening or propagating. When contacted the Server team they did mentioned as the error is from the theme. The content of the server team error mentioned is as below.

The team has checked on the same on checking the team has confirmed that the issue is due to the database and .htaccess files of the website and its recommended to please check the same with a developer as he would be the best person here to check on the same and fix it for you. Also, the team has checked from the server end and the the server is now up and working without any issues

Please help in getting this resolved.

Issue in the database and .htaccess files are independent of our theme.

Please describe in more detail what assistance you need from our XStore theme side. Describe the problem in more detail with screenshots, please.
