Is there a simple way that I am overlooking to place the product category on the side of the single product page?

    Hello @baparks,

To display a product category on a single product page, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product builder > Layout > and use the sidebar as a Static Section and Builder element as per your requirements.

We have also prepared a video tutorial for you on our test site. Please watch it in its entirety and follow the steps shown in the video. https://www.veed.io/view/4cfc191c-f2e2-487b-a971-309943aa2947?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

I am sharing with you a video of me trying to do as instructed in your video.
You will note that the settings are a little different so your instructions did not work.
The template being used is Artzy
    Please advise.

    Hello @baparks,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before doing so.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team
