Hello, @Steven Tay,
1. These are the product category images, and you can modify them from the WordPress Dashboard > Products > Categories. You can edit the categories and change the images according to your needs. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/8jX4QSbB .
2. a, You can change the image size by editing the element via page builder on your site. Under the general setting of the element, you can adjust the image size according to your requirements. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/WhHx8F8b.
2. b, You can edit the element using the page builder and under the element “Query” setting, you can add or remove the categories as needed. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/GHCjCcpJ.
2. c, By following the steps outlined in point 2.b, you can easily change or add categories to your requirements.
2.d, That is because the categories you mentioned have the same number of products. You can check the links below to confirm. To make it work, you will need to add or remove products from those categories.

Hi Tony,
Thank you very much for your help as always.
I have tried using your guide methods to change the image size by editing the element via page builder on your site under the general setting as per your Screenshots BUT my Homepage for this Section (before Seasonal Trend) with current 5 categories + Images becomes “Missing” once I clicked into Edit with Elementor page and therefore I am unable to proceed with the changes as described.
Kindly and please refer to Private content area for more details.
Thank you very much Tony.

Hello Steven Tay,
We have identified that the dummy product categories have been set in the element. We suggest that you remove these categories and assign your own categories to it.
