In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Hello, Mauri,

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
Let us know the result of this test.

Also, try to disable CDN caching and check how the slider works then.

Hi
I removed all not necessary plugins, disable the cache on the page, I try from another browser, and cleared also the browser cache. The issue still persists.

I install everything from scratch https://resulto.ml I uploaded all plugins and theme from the official xstore and it works now. But how is the slider stored and configured?

2) The slider has been created using Elementor. To edit/configure the slider, please edit the home page with Elementor and then edit the section to view the slider element.
