I translated our website with Loco translate and changed the language but not work

Hello dear!
Hope all is well

I translated our website with Loco translate everything translated good and also I changed the Language from Setting to Russia but now when I run the website language not changed.

I wan to change our website default language to Russian

Please, contact administrator

1/ We’ve changed the location of XStore translation files – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
2/ We’ve synchronized translation for WooCommerce – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

3/ If you want to translate strings in the header https://prnt.sc/sRWwhWksNjSj , do this via Theme Options > Header Builder https://prnt.sc/76q7kJTRLTXR
4/ Go to Appearance > Menus > edit menus texts
5/ Edit pages, static blocks, and products using Elementor to change texts.

I translated automatically with google translation the in Loco also the po files added to WP-Content > Languages all the WordPress dashboard translated but Website not translated

The theme po file uploaded 100% and also X Core po file uploaded 100% you can check in Loco but don’t know why not work

Why do you think that Wocommerce and X theme core not work ?
We’ve checked and can see that translation for mentioned plugins works fine on your site.

If I try to purchase WPML then it can translate the Front end of the Website as well?

the dashboard translated but I want to translate the front end also automatically,

I tried to buy WPML but they not accept our master card is there any other site from which I can buy WPML?
