Ads Tabs woocommerce plug in problem with theme

Hello,
In the website https://lojacorner.pt/, we have this problem:
Troubleshoot – Making the URL compatible for import
Even after following the above mentioned steps correctly, the import of google drive images may not happen successfully(getting error for import of images in the logs section). This can occur if the image URLs are not compatible for import. Thus, to make the URL compatible for import, you can add the below mentioned code snippet into the website’s active child theme file: functions.php before importing.

How can I solve this problem

We have determined that the Ads Tabs Woocommerce plugin is a third-party plugin. To ensure that the issue is with our theme and not the plugin, could you please activate the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, and check the behavior? If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, we suggest that you reach out to the plugin support for further assistance. Once the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also work properly with our theme.
