Hello,i just finished setting up my website thanks to your help i’ve almost finished my website after two intense months of work.Anyway…
The thing is that I just visited my site from my cellphone and what I saw horrified me, so the site does not look at all as it should look like the web version. The images don’t load, the products in the image on the main page don’t load, and if I choose an AMP version or something like that, it does a little better, but anyway everything looks horrible.
What could I do? I could somehow turn off the mobile version of the site, or I could somehow optimize it quickly, as I have already wasted a lot of time on the web version.

the image in the product category does not correspond to the one on the web version

Another problem, instead of displaying the banner, it says: banner title, banner content, although everything looks beautiful on the web version

I already edited all this stuff, but it shows me this…

In the product list, the image of the products does not load, how come?

I can only choose the ps4-ps5 platform, but the 2nd option that requires choosing the rental period is not available, why?
By the way, I have already translated the entire site into Romanian, but here it shows me everything in English, how could I solve this?
Hello, Anton,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
XStore AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/ It is not fully compatible with all plugins on the markets which is why you have this issue https://ibb.co/xmDN4BR
“I can only choose the ps4-ps5 platform, but the 2nd option that requires choosing the rental period is not available, why?” In more detail, this variations area is shown on the desktop using the woo-variatiion-swatches plugin and cannot be simply restricted to select type on AMP version. It requires additional improvements from AMP plugin side that are already added to our TODO list.
We uploaded the latest pre-release version of XStore AMP plugin on your website that included: bug fixes, improvements and new home page elements for using -> https://prnt.sc/Zi-WjdLE8Mjj
About such questions like https://ibb.co/9ZrwC0B – you should configure the AMP elements according to your needs -> https://prnt.sc/O3nQk2RkJyfj
About https://ibb.co/nRJSdxk – we tried to change footer texts and everything works as expected -> https://prnt.sc/uuHE6FaRDWbo so please, configure it to your needs and check again.
Truly saying in your case, we would recommend you to use default non-AMP version on mobile because you have a few plugins which just won’t work until we add a compatible fix (if such ones are possible to have).
Kind Regards,

Thank you for your reply…
I still have a few questions regarding the mobile version of the website:
1. The Jivochat icon appears exactly above the “More(Mai multe)” menu, how could I make this round icon appear a little higher so that the “More” menu is visible? https://prnt.sc/StysjcV9eni9
2. I noticed that the product image is not complete in the mobile version (exactly as in the picture) https://prnt.sc/Jc_9OaK62WpC
3. I don’t know if you can help me here, but I have a Social Comments Wpdevart plugin (facebook comments plugin) and in the mobile version I noticed that it doesn’t load, do you know what the reason might be?

Thank you!
Hello, Anton,
1/ You can use custom CSS code:
body .wrap_d4a8 {
bottom: 60px !important;
}
2/ The problem is caused by this margin – https://prnt.sc/EqcfAhiEJzkD , you can change it to https://prnt.sc/AQsYb4FU3tV4
3/ Please provide URL of page from your screenshot, because we do not see this block on your Home page.

Thank you for your reply,is it possible to set this option (css code) to be valid only for the mobile version? Now this code is shown both on the web version and on the mobile, although I wanted this to happen only for the mobile version…Thank you
I posted the link to the Facebook comments page in the private area.
Thank you!
Hello, Anton,
Thank you for your response.
1/ The mobile custom CSS area is in Theme Options > Theem custom CSS.
3/ Here is what we can see on mobile – https://prnt.sc/pqeiWtELS-1h Please clear the cache and check one more time. Is the problem solved?

Hello again, so I put the code you sent me, and it worked for a while, but now I’m having the same problem again, the jivochat icon is over the site menu (mobile version). What else could I do to solve the problem? Thanks
Hello, Anton,
Thank you for your response.
We’ve changed the code – https://prnt.sc/y-9ZhY3j82C5 Please check now.
If classes will change automatically one more time, and the code will not work, we would recommend you contact the support of the chat plugin.

Hello could you please help me ? So i just figure out that mobile version of my website loads very slowly and then i discovered what causes the problem. So the thing is that the product images is showning the original image i previously uploaded on my website with the original size of 1024×1024, but on the web version all product pictures are 300×300. The thing is that from what I noticed I don’t know why when I access the mobile version of my website it uses full-size (1024×1024) product images. Although on the server there are pictures for all products with size 300×300. I mean – when you access the product page https://psn.rent/?post_type=product from the Desktop then the pictures of the products are all resized 300×300, but when you access the same page only from the mobile phone then it uses the pictures that are in full-size i.e. 1024×1024. How can I solve the problem, so that on the mobile version when I open the store page to use 300×300 pictures instead of 1024×1024 ?
Thank you!
Hello, Anton,
Thank you for your response.
This situation is independent of the theme, you will face the same behavior even with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated.
There is srcset technology is used, you can read more here – https://imagekit.io/responsive-images/#chapter-5—srcset-with-sizes
This is not a problem, but in case you want to get detailed consultation, you may contact the support of WooCommerce – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
