Hello, I have difficulties in the alignment of the left vertical menu. It is not level. Please let me know how to level it.

Also how to create and position horizontal menus?
Thank you
Hello Ms. Morbenia Morbeck,
1) We believe the issue you are experiencing is due to the fact that you have used the All Department Menu, but did not select the menu design as a Mega Menu. We have rectified this issue by selecting the Mega Menu option, and the alignment is now correct. Please refer to the screenshots provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/NyFHckkp & https://postimg.cc/Dm648NpB
2) We invite you to watch this video – https://youtu.be/JiI6qDaVtY4 – which explains how to create a Mega Menu using static blocks and Elementor. Additionally, you can import pre-created sections from our XStore studio, as demonstrated in the video https://prnt.sc/ZpF8BB1nHapR. For more information, please refer to this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/.
We hope this resolves your issue.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Mr. Tony, you are extraordinary! I am glad to receive your answers, you are so efficient. I really appreciate you. Fantastic!
Hello Mr. Tony!
There is still an inch difference in the alignment of the main menu and the submenus. I attach a photo
I have created a new menu in Static Block: LEFT SIDE MENU P (MENU LATERAL IZQUIERDO P), and I can’t export it to the first left menu: Building and Works. I would like it to appear there.

I saw your video, it’s very, very fast, I can’t capture the information even by pausing. Please help me!
I’ve tried several times, I’m tired.
This is a model I liked: https://www.tradewheel.com/
Then please explain to me with photos how to do these things, because I will need to do with the others. Thank you so much

Dear Mr. Tony!
I hope you are in good health.
Apologies. The image does not appear because I think it marked to stay only 24 hours.
Thank you very much for the video you send. It’s what I want to do, hopefully I can.
Mr. Tony I am so grateful to you. In truth, when I know that it is you who answered me, I am sure that my problem has been solved.
Thank you very much forever.
Dear Mr. Tony
How are you?
As you tell me, I watched the video (several times) and the maximum you can modify was that.
I think it’s fine but it has some adjustments that I haven’t been able to make, how to make the first button named Edificación y obras have the space of one row, not two.
I send 3 photos:
2 photos here: https://postimg.cc/gallery/sspdPjT
I also need to know how to modify the letters so that it stays like the photo in the example.

I greatly appreciate your excellent care and support.
Hello Ms Morbenia Morbeck,
1. We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please check your site again after clearing the browser cache. It was a padding issue with the dropdown menu of all the departments, which we have now set correctly. Attached is a screenshot of the resolution: https://postimg.cc/KRgxjSxV
2. Please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and adjust the value as needed:
.et_b_header-menu .menu-static-block ul.et-menu-list li.menu-item .menu-sublist ul li.menu-item a.menu-title p {
font-size: 12px !important;
font-family: Arial !important;
}
The result should look like this: https://postimg.cc/F7ydznb9
3. We have noted that the dropdown menu subitems on your provided website have a font size of 12px and a font family of Arial.
We have already implemented the custom CSS code for the font family of your site’s dropdown menu sub-items, as per point 2. You may modify the font family in the code as desired.
We hope this resolves your issue.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team.
Mr. Tony, you are so wonderful, wise!
This project is my whole life, my dreams. I started alone in 2008 until today, sales are not easy. It’s all a dream!
I am so happy to be able to count on your support.
Blessings.
Tony, please look how it turned out:
The letters of the submenu decreased But the letters of the menu are still large. How do I change please? Thank you.
https://i.postimg.cc/3xrJnThZ/358.jpg
Hello Ms Morbenia Morbeck,
You can change it by changing the “Dropdown Content Zoom (%)” from XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> All Department >> Menu Dropdown as seen in the attached screenshot: https://postimg.cc/Lq5MZCsQ as per your requirements.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Dear Tony
I will always be grateful to you. The menu is almost staying how I like it.
Please note the details that I send in the photo. Help me with this, tell me how to do it because I have to know for others:
https://i.postimg.cc/Sxn3sWtF/582.jpg
The distance between the words is great, I would like it to stay like the model in the attached photo.
Also, I would not like this 1 mm yellow line to appear below the words.
I would like to erase these 3 mini black lines
That all the words stay in the minimum distance aligned… and without much space according to the model.
Thank you
Hello Ms. Morbenia Morbeck,
1. To remove the three mini black lines, please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site.
.et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper .secondary-menu-toggle {
display: none !important;
}
2. To remove the yellow line below the sub-menu item on hover, please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.
.et-menu-list .subitem-title-holder a:hover:before {
display: none !important;
}
3. In order to reduce the space between the Sub Menu items, you will need to go to the Static Blocks and edit the particular static block which has been used for it. Then, edit the menu list item, and under the style tab, set the paddings as per your requirements. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/xNCvxHQH
We hope this information is helpful.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Tony, I don’t know what words to use to thank you for your support. You really are a genius! I am very happy to receive your support.
As indicated, change the margin of the submenus
I don’t want the margin to change. Rather, the space should decrease according to the attached model.
https://i.postimg.cc/251R0ND2/menu-jpg-es.jpg
Please help me.
Hello, Ms. Morbenia Morbeck,
We hope this message finds you well. We suggest that you try using the following CSS code in XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site.
.et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper .menu li a.menu-title {
padding-top: 5px !important;
padding-bottom: 5px !important;
}
We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team

One question: how to remove what is written above: We are in maintenance.

I put it myself, but I already forgot, where I modified this aerial.
I appreciate your support and attention.
