SOme new bugs found here. Please help to solve

Hello, I have 2 bugs, please help to solve.
1. I enabled cookies box, everytime I go to homepage, it apears again, though I accepted them. This happens only on homepage. How to solve this?
2. When I add product to cart with ajax button, it shows cart preview like this: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1070090353971052615/1088906222167654420/image.png?width=901&height=614
Than I go to another product, hover on the same cart icon and I see broken view: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1070090353971052615/1088906563323957341/image.png?width=897&height=614
If I click add to cart again, view is fixed, but when I navigate to another product again and click cart icon to preview it, it is broken again. How to fix this?
3. I believe something happend to cart page, because it is also looks kinda broken, more like mobile view, not desktop. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1070090353971052615/1088907062794268782/image.png?width=864&height=614

1/ Please try to disable cache plugin and check how it works then.
In order to prevent the notice popup from being cached, please add the following cookies to your cache plugin settings > Reject Cookies:
etheme_cookies
For example – https://www.8theme.com/topic/wishlist-removed-items-reappear-after-page-reload-only-when-not-logged-in/#post-345307

2,3/ In order to troubleshoot issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
