Hello,
I have a problem with the “Ajax Products Tabs” widget.
When I try to display two “Ajax Products Tabs” widgets on the same page, one widget displays correctly but the other does not.
However, in the Elementor edition, both widgets are displayed without problems.

I need solution please.
Thank you.
Hello, @davidferfer,
Thank you for purchasing our theme and for contacting our support center.
We recommend that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.
If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.
We suggest that you try temporarily disabling any CDN caching or cache plugins, and clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.
If the issue persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary working/valid access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
Once you have completed these steps, please let us know and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.
Best Regards,

Hello,
I have done the same steps that you tell me and even so, the product tabs are not displayed on the Home page.
I send you the access credentials in the private area.
Please, I await your response.
Thank you so much.
Greetings.
Hello Davidferfer,
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please flush your CDN and (temporarily disable CDN until the site is under maintenance), server cache, and cache plugin, and then check back to your site.
Additionally, we have added a CSS code under Elementor > Ajax Product Tabs > Xstore Custom CSS. Please refer to the attached image for further reference.

Hello,
Thank you for your solution, but applying that action breaks the Ajax Products Tabs when clicking on other tabs. I am attaching images.
Please, before making changes, check that all the changes applied are working correctly, because if not my online store does not look correctly.
I am waiting for an urgent solution, please.
Greetings.
Hello, davidferfer,
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site to confirm the changes. We have removed the CSS code that was added in our last reply and has set the image loading type to default via XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
We have also recorded a video for your reference. Please watch it in its entirety under the private content area.
