Please and kindly teach me on the followings:
1. Under “Contact Us” page, please teach me on how and where is the setting to direct “Send A Question” to my Email Address. And where can I set to my Email Address.

2. Under the “Footer” of any pages, there are 2 areas I need your guidance:

1. We have set up a contact us form for the contact us page, as shown in the screenshot provided (https://postimg.cc/hXcwqjr6). This form is generated by the Contact Form 7 plugin. To edit the form or set the email, please go to the Contact page (https://postimg.cc/tYqqBX6R) and change the email as per your requirements (screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/kVcwFvPg).
2. The footer has been created using a Static Block. To edit the “Footer niche-market04” please refer to the screenshot provided here: https://postimg.cc/LqWbcVh6. This particular form has been created using the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin and the shortcode has been used to display it, as shown in the screenshot here: https://postimg.cc/XBrFTwG3.
We would like to inform you that you need to set up an Email in MailChimp. To do so, please refer to the official documentation of MailChimp here: https://mailchimp.com/en-gb/help/connect-or-disconnect-list-subscribe-for-wordpress/.

Hi Tony,
Thank you very much for helping me with the Contact Form 7 and Footer Form under Mailchimp.
Contact Form 7: I encountered some emails weren’t sent or not been received at support@yip_ _ d_ _.com, somehow I did send 7 test email sending testing to in Contact Us.
I did not touch anything to the form.
I managed to receive only 2 emails and the rest of the 5 emails is still Not received yet even almost more than 1 hour now : (
Can you kindly please recheck the setting and maybe using your email to test if you can receive the sent email?

Hi Tony,
I managed to figure out to my email sending and receiving problem in Contact Form 7 and all my emails are all OK now.
Only one thing that in “Contact Us” page below the button “Send a Question” somehow there is an unecessary Box field.
How do I delete it?

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. To confirm the changes, please clear your browser cache and revisit your site. We have edited the contact us form and commented out the text field code, which has resolved the issue.
