Hello,
We are using xstore layout for our site https://kunjucatholicans.com/
now the issue is that when we try to access the front end if the site content inside the home page is get loaded. We fist try by deactivating the plugin one by one but the issue was not solved then we try by switching the theme to a default theme then the site load fast, but when we switch to xstore the page is not loaded. can you please check

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

ok I will once more disable all the plugins and check
we have checked by disabling all the plugins now home page is coming in different style can you please check this

can you please tell why this space issue has occurs, because this site is not live it is under development stage now and only some products have been added to the site there is no orders or traffic in the site.
we have another site https://melangedesigningstudio.com/ with this same theme and the same memory size also this site have almost 1000 above products, there is lots of orders coming and have traffic also. This site is loading faster also
Both this site are hosted in siteground. we have tried site ground optimization tool to optimize the site : https://kunjucatholicans.com/ but it takes a lots of time to load the site also
can you please help me to find the issue and fix it. Due to this issue we have enabled the under construction mode.

Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in anymore.
These questions you need to pass to your hosting provider, they will be able to check the situation with memory more deeply and help you.
Compare plugins on both sites, maybe one of 3rd party plugin requires too much memory and cause the problem.

While checking the server side, the mentioned memory issue was not occur, because the server has 1 GB of memory. This memory is enough to load this site. And by checking the previous replies (WooCommerce -> status -> log), I found that the template file in the theme was not rendering. Can you please check this?

We encountered a loading problem on the website, which we determined was caused by a particular section on the homepage. To resolve the issue, we disabled that section and reloaded the site, which successfully eliminated the loading problem. Do you have any ideas what could have caused this issue?

We can open only the second screenshot, but, as we can see, you have more than 600 products on the site, and in the settings of the products element the limit is set to “-1” which means show all products https://prnt.sc/CXHkIRHTAjWP , 7 tabs*600 = your server can’t handle this request. You need to set the limit to 6 or 7 products, for all Products elements on your Home page – https://prnt.sc/Ru6lwPw0hqOL
