Hi,
I’m using the Xstore slider. Whenever I reload the page, I get the weird circle. I have already cached the site. I’m using it with WP-ROCKET. Please fix the issue! Thanks

In order to resolve your issue, please edit your page using the page builder and then navigate to the Settings of the element > disable XStore Ajaxify > Lazy Loading > Off and save the settings.

Hi, It was already disabled. It is still not working. The problem is with the Slider not slides.

If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.
We suggest that you try temporarily disabling any CDN caching or cache plugins, and clearing the browser cache, and then check again.
If the issue persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary working/valid access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

We’ve made some improvements, please clear the cache and check now.
We would recommend to all of our customers to use new Elementor widgets that we created from the stretch with new code techniques and optimizations.
One of those widgets is Slides -> https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/slides-element/ so you may recreate your Slider with Slides element which also has many different options and features.

Yeah, the issue is fixed, and I have added the new slides from the widgets. But again, there is a problem: the dots don’t show up on the slides.
