How can I customise the wizard and the elements of the purchase process of xstore code blocks?

And another question, I can’t change the text:
Free shipping over $49
that comes under the shopping cart, I already tried with loco translate and the changes are not reflected, I have tracked the text string and it is also included in a default.json, which makes me think that a widget is formed by the JSON,
How can I edit the text that is in javascript?
