Product Status (On sale) don’t shows the product on sale.

Hi, manchovski here
I noticed there is an issue with the Product Status (On sale). Although there are the products which are on sale, the Product Status On Sale don’t showed them at all. I’ve already regenerated the product attributes lookup table, but without a success, the issue persists.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

2/ If this is independent plugins, please provide URL of page with sale products, and temporary wp-admin access.

The plugin I use for ajusting discount prises is Woo Discount Rules by Flycart.

We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
We would recommend you contact the support of the plugin you are using for adjusting discount prices.

If you set the sale price in the default way https://prnt.sc/9ynjNVl8V2EZ , our Status widget will recognize the sale product.

Hi,
Ok, that’s right, but I’m asking since the Woo Discount Rules by Flycart plugin uses the shortcode [awdr_sale_items_list] to load all products with discounts through Woo Discount Rules on one page. Is there any possibility for your Status widget to implement and shows the result of the shortcode mentioned above?
