Hi!
Thanks again for all the support.
I have a problem with the attributes filter called “Filter op framemaat”.
It says there is no product found. But there should be some products.
Examples:
1: https://demooij.daancomputers.nl/product/cortina-e-common-family-black-gold-matt-test/ –> this bike is framemaat 57 and on stock
2: https://demooij.daancomputers.nl/product/riese-und-mller-swing-vario-500wh-crystal-white-test/ –> this bike is framemaat 46
Both: https://demooij.daancomputers.nl/shop/?filter_framemaat=57
https://demooij.daancomputers.nl/shop/?filter_framemaat=46
“No products where found”
How can I fix this?
Hello, Luc,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table and check how the filter works then.

Hi Rose Tyler,
I’ve regenerated the product attributes with no succes.
It worked for a few minutes tho..
What can I try next?
Luc
Hello, Luc,
Please check https://demooij.daancomputers.nl/shop/?filter_framemaat=57 now.
You created global attributes, and this is correct – https://prnt.sc/-epWbrvCWS0b , but then you created local attributes for products – https://prnt.sc/ZV3Qu4wf6P3Q (same name but local, so the filter doesn’t work in this case). Once we add for the product your global attribute – https://prnt.sc/VVdD4Pks_BWS , the filter works fine, so you can delete the local attribute and use global.
We hope it is clear now.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thanks for the help!
