Product page automactically scrolls to the description tab. – Xstore-Woocomerce

    I migrated my website from Apache 2 server to new nginx server recently. There was no issue in the store but for past 2 days I’m facing an issue. The product page automatically scrolls to the description tab after it loads. I also checked the URL but it’s normal. Not for a particular product but Is happening for all products.

    issues is for just mobile view.

    Hello, @Jack,

    We suggest that you try disabling the “Mobile Content Optimization” and “Mobile User Scalable” options under XStore >> Theme Options >> General/Layout and then clear the cache of your mobile browser.

    If the issue persists, we recommend that you deactivate all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to investigate the issue further and provide assistance accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials and the FTP Login details in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate the issue further.

    I tried everything & figured out that opening the first Tab & open ALL Tabs were causing this problem.

    Theme>Customisation> Woocomerce>Single Product builder> Tabs
