Why the pages are not loading instantly even after enabling Preload option in the theme? User has to click and wait for the response. is there a way that can be avoided?
We want the screen to show some response as soon as the link click happens.
You can also click and navigate to other pages and see the response time. Please let us know how that can be resolved.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We’ve checked your site and it is not slow.
We can give next recommendations:
1/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
2/ Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN): A CDN is a network of servers located in different geographic regions. By using a CDN, you can store your website files on multiple servers and distribute them to your visitors from the server nearest to them. This can significantly reduce the load time of your website.
