Error Updating XStore – PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

    Hello,

    I hope you’re doing well. I am contacting you for assistance with an error I encountered while trying to update XStore for my online store. During the update process, I received the following error message:

    “Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de XStore : L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    I am unsure of the cause of this error, and I have not been able to find a solution on my own. This issue is preventing me from successfully updating XStore, which I believe is essential for maintaining the proper functionality and security of my website.

    My store URL is slaayshakers.com and I am currently using XStore version 9.1. I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to resolve this error and successfully update XStore.

    If you require any additional information or screenshots to assist you in your investigation, please let me know, and I will provide them promptly.

    To ensure a successful installation, please follow the steps below:

    1. Unregister the theme by following the link: https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
    2. Re-enter your purchase code and register the theme.
    3. Go to Dashboard > Updates > click the Check again link: https://prnt.sc/yygl09

    Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to update the theme without any issues.
