Styling changes not reflecting on FrontEnd

Hello,
Newly installed wordpress. Styling changes to header like color updates, logo width changes are not reflecting in the frontend. Styling reflects that of demo theme. The changes are displaying correctly when editing in Theme Options. Initially, the change started reflecting when I enabled debug mode but now no updates to changes.

Please help.
