Change product design for mobile version only

Hello

I would like the product page only in the mobile version to have this structure

1. Product title
2. Star customer ratings
3. Product image gallery
4. Price
5. Short description
6. Add to cart
7. Wishlist
8. Compare
9.Block x
10. Share
11.Block x
12. Related products

How do I design this to only be for the mobile version?

Ok, I understand… But at least I can do the following:

1. That the “Buy Now” button is smaller in the desktop version, it can be the same size as the “Add to cart” button and they are next to each other, not one on top of the other

2. In the mobile version, the title is above the photo gallery
