1/ Header Builder > Mobile > edit content of the header, for example – https://prnt.sc/c6w-_drsUFJy

2/ Do you mean zoom on a single product page? The zoom effect displays images in their true size, so to reduce the zoom, you should upload images with smaller dimensions, it will reduce file size also, for example, your current image Salamanca-hellgruner-Einreiher-Anzug-4.webp has 767.4 KB size.
