Child theme translate dont work, nedd help please

hi,
unfortunately I run into problems when starting to set the theme, I want to translate both the theme and the editor plugin, I downloaded after introduction the language file and tried to upload only I get as seen in the picture this error message, do I have to upload this language file in child theme or to original theme, unfortunately there is not this info in the doc, would appreciate help.

Translation files should be uploaded to the parent theme and Core plugin.
Here you can find video tutorials – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
Files that you downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/ should be renamed.

We can upload translation files on your site in case you provide us with temporary wp-admin access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

It looks like you ask us where to get images and content for your site, but it is up to you and maybe to your content manager/designer.

1/ You are using an additional plugin there.
We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
The next custom CSS code can be used to remove the button:
