Product Filter for WooCommerce from XforWooCommerce – Error in helper.php

We use the XStore theme. and the Product Filter for WooCommerce from XforWooCommerce plugin. We created a page and wanted to use the filter by categories. Unfortunately, it always shows an error in the theme. Warning: Attempt to read property “ID” on int in wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/helpers.php on line 71 if the filter is not selected. If the filter is selected there is no problem. We also exchanged the theme as a test, since the error does not arise. Would be nice if you could help me.

We understand that you are using an additional plugin for the Filter. Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?

We regret to inform you that we do not guarantee full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. In some cases, additional customization may be necessary to make the theme and plugin work together. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

If you would like us to investigate further, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials, as well as FTP login details, in the private content area of this topic. We will do our best to help you if possible.
