Congratulations you’ve got free shipping Progress Bar shows different text than the one on the Cart

Hi Rose!

I encountered a little issue that I don’t know where to fix…
For some reason, on the Cart it shows “Congratulations you’ve got free shipping”
even though the MiniCart shows there is still some amount missing for it.

Can you please look into it?
