    Please create a static block with the desired content and add it to Header banner area via Appearance > Widgets, OR Theme Options > Global sections > Before header.

    Please follow the next step by step instruction:
    1/ Go to Static blocks > Add new > create the desired banner content and save.
    2/ Go to Theme Options > Global sections > Sections > select position and your static block – https://prnt.sc/kZkCQct96lUk
