Please follow next steps:
1/ Edit attribute > re-select type > Save https://prnt.sc/fZfUJ2-7p0YT
2/ Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table.

If this doesn’t help, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at the problem.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

the ‘Product category element didn’t work well on mobile, i need to make grid with 4 columns show on desktop and mobile, but i found the grid be 1 columns when i switch to mobile view

Hello, Loool,

Thank you for your response.

Our Product categories element has a Column option for Desktop only, without responsive settings for it – https://prnt.sc/q-7MjKSq9Y8Z It shows 1 column for mobile, by default.
You can set 3 items per row using the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Mobile:

    width: 33% !important;
    padding: 10px !important;
}
```

if attributes not working in arabic, it can’t be customized in single product page, so I need to make the attribute slugs arabic and english because the products imported from aliexpress and if I change the slug of the attribute it will not get updates from aliexpress

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot guarantee the functionality of variation swatches if the slugs for attributes and variations are not written in Latin characters. This is due to character encoding.
You may try to use an additional plugin for variations, and disable our variation swatches, but plugins also do not guarantee that everything will work when non-Latin characters are used.
