In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Header Overlap & Transparent > Header Overlap and set it to “OFF” before publishing.

If the issue still persists afterward, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

1) We have just turned OFF the Header Overlap option under XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple header > Home page header. Your issue should now be resolved. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site to confirm.

Please login dash board and check. When we login to the onlineshop part we only need to show the category of Sanstha Kulu badu items. But here all the items which we add are shown. Those other items should be there according to the default categories. Only Sanstha Kulu badu category should be displayed in the online shop page.

You selected “Online Store” as the Shop page https://prnt.sc/Icfv0e1USjH0 , so all products are shown there.
We’ve edited your menu – https://prnt.sc/bF_wBoZ3GhN7 (added Sanstha Kulu badu category and renamed this item), so here is the result – https://prnt.sc/rlJucDLsuYE6
You can add Shop banner content https://prnt.sc/hNiIdOI0pALr into category description area – https://prnt.sc/ZyARhsBlD_j0 Please try and check the result.
