Banner Carousal Issue on navigation – Either it skips or opens the link

Here there,

I have an issue with the banner carousel, below are the error details for the console:

How can I fix this? Seems like a JS error.
Issue 1: If Infinite Slider is on, the slider skips all the sliders like 2,3,4,… and displays only the 1st slide.

Issue 2: Disabling the infinite slider solves issue 1, but on the last like for example slide 4 if you again click on the right arrow button, then the page will open. (the current setting).

Hello, Kevin,

The error shows because of the JS inline code added directly to your page. Could you please, give us an answer to who added this code https://prnt.sc/g9_fv04GVxKx ?
That code creates an issue for the swiper JS which is loaded from our theme.

We can recommend you few options below to check and find if any of those will fix the problem.
1/ Go to Theme Options → Speed Optimization → and activate => Disable Theme Swiper JS (option) ( https://prnt.sc/mgzMLXQnv7pp ).
If it does not help please, try the solution below
2/ Go to Dashboard → Elementor → Settings → Features → set Upgrade swiper library to ‘inactive’ => https://prnt.sc/BRHxas4RsaYr
If it does not help please, deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check if the issue was fixed. If the problem was caused by any of the plugins, please contact with plugin’s author to fix the issue in their code globally.

So I understood now, the code is from New Relic – A web application to get live reports about the working of the website and the resource utilization. I have disabled New Relic.

However, the JS error is gone now but the slider is still not working as expected. I will try a few other ways. Thanks for the help.

Good Day Team,

So I checked everything and tried activating the plugins one by one to see what was causing the issue. I first thought it was crocoblock but when I checked with them, it seems the error does not show on other themes but on Xstore only. Could you have a final look at it?

Yes surely,

The error is on the homepage itself. Visit the homepage and view the console. (see the above JS error)

The error is on slider js when I used the internal media slider of Xstore:
1. When using a non-infinite scroll, the last scroll is used to act as a button.
2. when using infinite scroll, if there are 4 slides then it scrolls by quickly rest of the three sliders on 1 click and shows only the first slider.

So temporarily I used a third-party slider.
