Hello good time

Why does the background of this part that we made with Elementor look good on phones, mobiles, and tablets, but it is bad on the iPad?

There is this problem in both iPad Air and iPad mini

Have you tried to contact the support of Elementor plugin?
Does the problem persist when not our theme but a default WordPress theme is activated?
