Hello, I have a problem with mini cart on the adamopoulosflowers.gr website, so when we are on any archive page and add to cart a product, all is fine, when we go on the product single page and add to cart the product, it show us that the product is added to the cart, also the added to cart message appears and then after 2 or 3 sec the product from the cart disappears. Then when I clear the cache works properly for half an hour and again the same.
I use wp rocket for caching, and also the WP Rocket | Deactivate WooCommerce Refresh Cart Fragments Cache, if we make an exception from the cache for mini cart and the cart page will work? If yes how can I do it?
Thank you
Hello Mike Papadakis,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ Have you tried to disable mentioned cache plugins? In case the problem is caused by them, contact the authors of the plugins first.
2/ Try to activate “Always Load “Wc-Cart-Fragments”” in Theme options > Speed optimization, and https://prnt.sc/v1kBanOUArR- (your site is not rtl, so wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/layout/off-canvas.min.css
wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/woocommerce/cart-widget.min.css).
Kind Regards,

Thank you for your reply, I followed the steps and deactivated the wp rocket plugin among with the Refresh Cart Fragments Cache plugin and also went on theme settings>speed optimization and the Always Load “Wc-Cart-Fragments” was already activated so I made no moves there. But it seems the problem not resolved and you can check it also from your side with these settings that I mentioned.
Thank you

Hello Mike Papadakis,
Thank you for your response.
In order to troubleshoot issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling ALL third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
