    Hello,

How can we show the products to be displayed as in alphabetical order when you click the shop page?

So for example when someone clicks this; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/industrial-power-tools/shop/

The products show up in alphabetical order (by default)

    Thanks!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @PR,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

Shop page content and functionality come from the WooCommerce plugin.

All the available sorting options you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product Catalog > Default product sorting.
By default, the sort order for your products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87

If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello Tony,

    Thanks!
Is there anyway to make the products show up as alphabetically ordered?

I cannot see that option anywhere?

    Hello @PR,

To ensure that products are displayed in alphabetical order, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Product Catalog > Default Product Sorting > Select Default sorting (“Custom Ordering + Name”) and save the changes. We have tested this on our test site and it is working correctly. For further reference, please refer to the image provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/JDZYWQfp

    Best regards,

we have products starting with a and b as well, but they don’t show up first.

    Dear,

Thank you for your response. However, we must reiterate our previous answer – https://prnt.sc/MjLRRERlhO5D
You can test the Shop page with the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, and the result will be the same. This is because our theme does not affect this functionality, which is provided by the WooCommerce plugin. If you have any further questions, please contact the WooCommerce support team. We appreciate your understanding.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
