Xstore given my woocommerce issue and plug in

    i have been having issues since 17th of this month and i have tried many ways to contact the support team. i have 4 xstore, one of the them hoverboardpro is having issues with my woocommerce, when i tried to click plug in in admin, it takes me to the website front page. the same when i click on woocommerce plug in then orders, it takes me to the front page website.

    my website front page open, but when you click on the product it will not load, i will have to refresh it before it will load. please what can i do. i have been having this issue since 17th of may 2023.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    thanks for the reply, i have done all this, i have also re install the theme but its failed.

    “i have done all this” – Do you mean you face the same problem with the Storefront theme activated?
    In this case, the problem is independent of the theme activated on your site, so you need to contact WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    We can provide support for our theme functionality and issues caused by our theme only.
