Image is not showing properly for xstore

Hi there,
Pls see the iamge from private area.
the editing boxes are identical, but they display to me as in the image. What to do?

Are you referring to the image on the left side that appears to be blurry?

In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:

– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

Hi there,
Sry for late answear.
I cant give you acces to my website.
Pls, provide me info how to fix it. I have it skiils so i m pretty sure will not be difficult for me to understand. And i need to know how to fix it for other future problems…

Yes, i m talking about that blury iamge from left.
I wanna make bouth sections smallare.
Just to know, both images are very good quality.

But the images I insert have the same size and they appear with different sizes on the site.

Hello guys,
Can u explain pls how did u edit that or where?
It’s ok now, but still the size is not the same… and the imgs are the same size.
Also, i wanna edit that text pointed with green arrow and make it centered, like the paraghraf pointed with yellow. Can i do that?

We have made changes to the second banner element, adjusting the banner image size as shown in the screenshot at https://ibb.co/4VCR5d5.

Additionally, the text indicated by the green arrow has been aligned to the center using the element settings, as seen in the screenshots at https://ibb.co/KyckQ9N and https://ibb.co/pxgrVCg.
