Links on the mini cart are clickable even the cart is hidden

I saw my mouse point has changed when its around up right corner and noticed something is there. So I checked with the developer tools and found the links are clickable even the mini cart is hidden. Can you do something regarding that?

It seems that some 3rd-party plugin on your website or custom code you’ve made sets some style properties for everything inside the header cart products list → https://prnt.sc/eGCKi8f94Mp5

So, please deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check then.
Also, you can check with the default StoreFront theme activated.
This issue is not coming globally from our theme.

Exactly the issue happened because of https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-rfq-for-woocommerce/ plugin. I tried removing those line in plugins CSS but some JS apply visibility: visible !important as inline style anyway. Had to remove the plugin anyway. You can mark this topic as solved : ) oh.. thank you so much for the support!
