Banner hide but still using resources to load

    I have banner on my website which I don’t want on Mobile and I used the Hide on Mobile feature in the theme….. but I see its kind of flashed on mobile and then hidden…..

    Its using the website resources to lead it and then hide it….

    Is there an option to not just hide but prevent it or disable on Mobile?
