Logo not showing up, instead it shows a broken link image

I’ve uploaded the logo a few times, it still won’t show on the website, instead it shows a broken link placeholder image.

please note that i have already done basic troubleshooting task, i’ve cleared my browser data and verified on other browsers as well.

see attached screenshot for a better reference.

Hello @Moka,

We suggest that you try removing your site’s retina logo and then check back again. Sometimes, retina logos can cause conflicts that lead to this type of issue. If removing the retina logo resolves the issue, please reset the retina logo and the issue should be resolved.
