Problem with a hack and not able to update

Hello there,

i have a problem with my salongoederen.nl site. After a hack i have restored a backup. But now i am noet able to update the plugins and wordpress.

after restoring the backup, the site is live again, but is not working correctly.
Meta data has become chinese and i receive 404 errors while trying to update my URL http://www.salongoederen.nl

Could you please help me to solve this problem
